Artist's Comments

Portrait of a cheetah scout watching over the African plains for prey or possible predators. This tribe does not get along well with the hyenas or the lions and needs to keep a watchful eye for danger as they tend to be much more aggressive and powerful.
I really enjoy doing close ups and head studies and I could not resist doing one of a cheetah. Had way too much fun with the braids and accessories as usual. Cheetahs are awesome animals and I look forward to doing more, the only thing I hate doing is spots and stripes. One of the main reasons you don’t see me doing a lot of cats.

Ah, but the braids and accessories are what make many of you characters so cool :D I really like how you did the ear...I can never seem too get the fur right :P

I had a close view of your drawing, And to be honest...This is a extreamly DETAILED drawing i have seen for a long time...outstanding work on the braid's , and the colour.... Hee...im wondering how long it took you to do :nod: ;) congrat's to you on your drawing :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

This has to be one of youfr better pictures! :nod: It's very detailed, and has a very original design. You've really put down lots of job when it comes to the braids, haven't you? I really like the aircut you gave this one, and the subject of the whole picture. Awesome as usual :aww:

Wow, i really like this!! It's so different...the cheetah is very realistic - and I love the whole braids and tribal jewellery thing you got goin on there! :wow: Awesome!! Spots and stripes are a pain! I draw a lot of cats, and they do my head in! Hehe :D :+fav:
